Bois-Colombes

In the heart of Bois-Colombes, Sybarite Living developed a collection of three contemporary townhouses on a plot created from the division of an existing period property.

The challenge was to introduce new homes into an established urban setting while respecting the architectural character of the surrounding neighbourhood.

Mansard roofs, carefully proportioned façades and vertically composed openings reinterpret the language of traditional Parisian suburban houses through a contemporary approach. Inside, the architecture focuses on space and natural light, using large openings, fluid circulation and roof lights to bring daylight deep into the homes.

Kitchens and living spaces adopt a distinctly modern language, creating a deliberate contrast between an exterior rooted in its surroundings and interiors designed for contemporary living.
