About Stéphane
Stéphane Gouin
Founder
Stéphane Gouin’s career has never followed a conventional path. After a variety of professional experiences and several years in aviation, travel became the starting point of an international career that would eventually take him across Asia.
For nearly two decades in the premium residential and swimming pool industry, he held regional responsibilities across Southeast Asia before leading operations in China. Working across different cultures, architectural styles and ways of living allowed him to develop a personal understanding of homes, materials and the relationship between architecture and lifestyle.
Back in France, he brought this experience into real estate, developing homes not from a standard formula, but from the character of each place, its constraints and the people who will live there.
That philosophy now lies at the heart of Sybarite Living: creating distinctive residences shaped by their surroundings and designed around the way people live.
