Your enquiries

The form collects your email, your message and your optional name. Your email and message are needed to reply. Please do not submit sensitive information through this form.

We use this information to reply and follow up, based on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. For a potential contract, processing may also be necessary for steps you request before entering into a contract.

Enquiries are retained while being handled, then for no more than twelve months after the last exchange, unless a retention obligation or defence of a legal claim requires otherwise. If an enquiry leads to a contract, relevant information becomes part of the client record, subject to applicable retention obligations.

Recipients and operation

Messages are emailed to Sybarite Living and accessible to people authorised to respond. Contact Form 7 does not create a message register in the WordPress database. Hosting and email providers process information as necessary to deliver and operate these services.

The website is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Hosting logs may contain IP addresses, connection times and requested pages for service operation, troubleshooting and security. Retention of logs and backups depends on the settings and obligations applicable to the hosting service.

The company director may access enquiries from France or Thailand in the course of Sybarite Living’s business. Information submitted through the form is not intended for sale or automated decision-making.

Cookies

The website uses functions necessary for its operation and language selection. The form does not subscribe you to any advertising list. WordPress login and administration cookies concern users signed in to the administration area.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and, where applicable, object to processing or request data portability. Contact sgouin@sybarite-living.com or write to our registered office. We normally respond within one month, subject to extensions permitted by law.

You may also complain to the French supervisory authority, the CNIL, without first contacting us.
