In Villennes-sur-Seine, Sybarite Living reimagined a century-old residence set within a mature landscaped park, preserving its original character while introducing distinctly contemporary spaces.
The renovation was complemented by an extension and an additional building, creating a dialogue between the historic architecture, the surrounding landscape and the Seine.
Arranged across three levels, the residence was conceived around lifestyle and enjoyment, with an indoor swimming pool, private cinema, bar and a panoramic living space opening almost 180° onto the gardens, terrace and river. A private pontoon extends the property directly towards the Seine.
