In Saint-Germain, Sybarite Living transformed a large property that no longer matched contemporary market expectations into two independent homes better suited to modern lifestyles.

With limited scope to alter the original exterior architecture, the project focused on a complete reconfiguration of the interiors and a comprehensive refurbishment of the building.

Layout, circulation, natural light and material choices were entirely reconsidered. Timber flooring, mineral finishes and generous openings introduce a distinctly contemporary character, while the living spaces connect naturally with the gardens and terraces.

The project reflects another aspect of Sybarite Living’s approach: revealing the potential of an existing building and giving it a new coherence without erasing its original identity.
